The lid assembly also includes a depressible element extending between the perimeter of the outer portion, spaced from the inner portion and configured to move along the height of the outer portion, and a clamping device coupled to the lid and removably coupled to the base.

A force applied on the locking member (7) for unlocking urges the closure toward the open position. The dispenser preferably facilitates the application of a material to be dispensed to a desired location.
