The support arm (8A-C) is fixed to a first side rail (2A) of said pair and the free end of at least one of the cross-arms (10A-C) is fixed to a second side rail (2B) of said pair. The apparatus (1) also includes a metallic outer structure (14A-B, 15A-D) supporting said frames (7A-C) and binding said frames (7A-C) into a unitary rigid construction.
