    摘要： Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Haarteiles geht von einem Trägerteil (1) aus einer Maschenware aus, auf dem die Haare durch Knoten (26) mit den Fäden (24, 25) des Trägerteils verbunden sind. Zur Annäherung an die natürlichen Verhältnisse im Bereich Echthaar-Kopfhaut ist vorgesehen, daß man zur Herstellung Haare (30 a-e) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial verwendet und diese Haare unterschiedliche Länge, unterschiedliche Dicke und unterschiedliche Färbung aufweisen. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Resthaar (10) des Trägers und dem Randbereich (2) des Trägerteils erfolgt dadurch, daß im Trägerteil ein umlaufender Faden (6) angeordnet ist, der durch Schlaufen (7) zugentlastet ist, wobei die Resthaare über Schling- oder Knüpfknoten (9) mit diesem zugentlasteten Faden verbunden sind.

The first hair bundle H 1 is secured to a lower side of an inner surface of an approximately rectangular plate-shaped base member 2 in a state where hair ends are projected downward. The second hair bundle H 2 is secured to an upper side of the inner surface of the base member 2 in a state where hair ends are projected upward, and the second hair bundle H 2 is folded back at an upper end edge of the base member 2 having the hair ends drooped downward.

    摘要： The present invention, in one embodiment, relates to core-sheath conjugate fibers for artificial hair comprising a core part and a sheath part. The fibers have a core-to-sheath area ratio of core:sheath = 2:8 to 7:3, an eccentricity of 5% or more, and a flat multilobed shape in cross section. In the fiber cross section, a ratio of a length of a major axis of the fiber cross section to a length of a first minor axis of the fiber cross section is 1.10 or more and 3.00 or less, and a ratio of a length of a major axis of the core part to a length of a first minor axis of the core part is 1.10 or more and 3.00 or less. A direction of the major axis of the fiber cross section and a direction of the major axis of the core part substantially coincide with each other. The present invention further relates to hair ornament products comprising the core-sheath conjugate fibers for artificial hair. Thus, the present invention provides core-sheath conjugate fibers for artificial hair having touch and appearance close to human hair, exhibiting favorable curling property without the need for curl setting and having extremely high curl retentive property, and hair ornament products including the same.
