    摘要: A fluidized bed reduction reactor has a plurality of fluidized bed reactors (10) with inner gas distributors (19). A charge duct (12) passes through the top of the fluidized bed reactor (10) with a free end to charge a fine iron ore into said reactor (10). The free end of the iron ore charging duct (12) is positioned close to the top center of the gas distributor (19). A spiral-shaped partition weir (13) is placed over the gas distributor and surrounds the iron ore charging duct (12) while being spirally extended to an inner wall of the fluidized bed reactor (10) where it is fixed. The fine iron ore is fluidized and reduced while spirally flowing from the center of the fluidized bed rector (10) to its inner wall. In this structure, the back mixture phenomenon where the reacted fine iron ore is mixed with the non-reacted fine iron ore does not occur.

The split rolls are assembled in a bracket such that each split roll can be separated from the bracket. A normal-movement control unit for moving the split rolls in the normal direction, and a tangent-movement control unit for moving the split rolls in the tangent direction are provided at a side of the bracket bearing the split rolls. A heat-shielding ring surrounds the load sensor to prevent the load sensor from being overheated.

    摘要: This invention relates to a production method of a directional electromagnetic steel sheet used as a core material for a transformer, a motor, a generator, and other electromagnetic appliances. A component system is designed so that a directional electromagnetic steel sheet of a conventional system is heat-treated at approximately 1,250 to 1,300 DEG C which is the same slab heating temperature as in the treating condition of general steels, and is then hot rolled. In this way, the present invention only requires operation in existing production processes without reinforcing the installation or establishing a new one, and stably forms secondary recrystallization in the (110) [001] orientation by securing stably a grain growth restriction force. Therefore, the present invention provides an improved directional electromagnetic steel sheet production method in which a preliminary annealing step is omitted, decarbonization/annealing is carried out at an intermediate thickness and machining energy at a final rolling step is lowered, so as to obtain stable magnetic characteristics. The gist of the present invention resides in a method of producing a directional electromagnetic steel sheet comprising hot rolling, after heating, a slab having a composition consisting, in terms of wt.%, of 0.035 to 0.050 % of C, 2.9 to 3.3 % of Si, not greater than 0.015 % of P, 0.011 to 0.017 % of dissolved Al, 0.0080 to 0.012 % of N, not greater than 0.007 % of S, 0.06 to 0.18 % of Ni+Cr, not greater than 0.32 % of Mn satisfying the condition of Mn/S: 20 or more, not greater than 0.6 % of Cu satisfying the condition Cu/Mn: 1.5 or more, and the balance of Fe, at 1,250 to 1,320 DEG C, regulating the rolled sheet to a final thickness by two cold rolling operations including an intermediate decarbonization/annealing without conducting annealing of the hot rolled sheet, then effecting intermediate annealing and annealing using MgO as the principal component, applying a separating agent, and thereafter conducting final finish annealing to produce a directional electromagnetic steel sheet having excellent magnetic characteristics.

    摘要: In a method of producing liquid pig iron (43) or liquid steel precursors from charges consisting of iron ore (5) and fluxes, having at least in part a proportion of fines, the iron ore is reduced directly to sponge iron in two or more reduction stages (1, 2) by the fluidized-bed method. The sponge iron is then melted in a smelting-gasification zone (39), with carbonaceous materials and oxygenous gas added; a reducing gas containing CO and H2 is generated, which is introduced into the reducing zones of the reduction stages (1, 2), reacts there, is drawn off as top gas, and supplied to a consumer, where appropriate. In order to achieve uniform reduction of the iron ore with optimum utilization of the reducing gas, in a first reduction stage (1), the iron ore (5) is fractionated into two or more fractions of different grain-size distributions, with the help of the reducing gas; each fraction is reduced with the reducing gas in its own fluidized bed (6, 15); the reducing gas sustaining a first fluidized bed (6), containing the coarse-grain fraction, and separating the fine-grain fraction from it, and additional reducing gas being introduced directly into the other fluidized bed (15); reduced iron ore (5) is withdrawn from both the first and the additional fluidized beds (6, 15), and the fine-grain and coarse-grain fractions reduced in the first reduction stage (1) are reduced further in one or more additional reduction stages (2), that operate in the same way as the first reduction stage (1); from the last reduction stage (2), the fine-grain fraction is fed into the smelting-gasification zone (39) under agglomeration by addition of oxygen, and the coarse-grain fraction is gravity-fed directly into the smelting-gasification zone (39).
