    摘要: In a vulcanizing system of the present invention, a temperature booster 35 and a pressure booster 37 are provided on a steam supply path 40 connecting vulcanizers 10a to 10h that belong to groups and a boiler 30 allocated to the groups. The temperature booster 35 and the pressure booster 37 are sequentially arranged from an upstream side, a second branch supply path 43 for supplying the steam to a mold between the temperature booster 35 and the pressure booster 37 is branched from the steam supply path 40. The second branch supply path 43 is preferably in a form of allowing the steam temperature-boosted by the temperature booster 35 to be supplied to the mold by bypassing the pressure booster 37.

    摘要: In a tire vulcanizer (1) having two sets of portions, each of which includes a lower mold (2), an upper mold (3), and a center mechanism (4L, 4R) provided with a bladder (B), a nitrogen gas heated in a first heating device (11) is supplied to an interior of the bladder of the center mechanism (4L) which is placed on the upstream side in the circulating direction of the nitrogen gas. The nitrogen gas discharged from the interior of the bladder of the center mechanism (4L) is used for vulcanization and patterning and a temperature thereof is lowered. However, this nitrogen gas is heated again in a second heating device (31), so that the temperature is increased. Therefore, the nitrogen gas heated in the second heating device (31), is supplied to an interior of the bladder of the center mechanism (4R) which is placed on the downstream side in the circulating direction of the nitrogen gas.

    摘要: A tire vulcanizing apparatus and a tire vulcanizing method, by which the pressure and temperature of a heating and pressurizing medium to be supplied to the internal space of a raw tire can be controlled without the condition of pressure being affected by the condition of temperature. The tire vulcanizing apparatus has: a medium path, connected to an internal space of a raw tire, for passing a heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure control valve for controlling a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor; a temperature sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium; and a heating unit for controlling the temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the temperature sensor, wherein the pressure control valve and the heating unit control the pressure and temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium supplied from the medium path to the internal space of the raw tire respectively and independently.
