摘要: A plurality of control means include a first control means and a second control means other than the first control means, the first control means showing the slowest response speed of a control amount with respect to a target value. A control device is provided with: a prediction means for predicting a future control amount for a first control subject by using a first model indicating dynamic characteristics of the first control subject corresponding to the first control means for each control period; and a generation means for generating a future target value of a second control subject corresponding to the second control means from the future control amount. The second control means determines an operation amount for the second control subject on the basis of the future target value. As a result, even in the case where a response is changed due to an influence of a disturbance or the like, it is possible to control a distribution of the control amounts for a plurality of control subjects to be a desired distribution in a transient state.

摘要: A prediction control development device according to one aspect of the present invention generates a prediction model of a control amount by analyzing first time-series data of the control amount and provides the generated prediction model to a controller. The prediction control development device acquires second time-series data showing transition of a value of the control amount during prediction control using the prediction model, and evaluates prediction accuracy of the prediction model based on a difference between a prediction value by the prediction model and a value of the second time-series data. When the prediction accuracy of the prediction model is not allowable, the prediction control development device analyzes the second time-series data to newly generate a prediction model of the control amount, and provides the newly generated prediction model to the controller.

The dynamics model includes a first dynamics model representing a relationship between the manipulated variable and a position of a servomotor, and a second dynamics model representing a relationship between the position of the servomotor and the position of the controlled object. The second dynamics model is created using a waveform parameter extracted from a vibration waveform of the controlled object. The waveform parameter includes a vibration frequency. The control device can thus better damp vibration for the position of the controlled object and allows the controlled object to positionally better track a target position.
