    摘要: Provided is a cover member (7) such as chain cover member for engines, configured to reduce significantly its own vibrations and noises generated or transmitted therefrom compared to other conventional cover members. On its central portion, the cover member (7) of the present invention is provided with circular compartments (17) each defined by a concave surface facing outward and a convex surface facing inward. At least, the concave surfaces facing outward jointly defme a continuous curved surface. Therefore, the flat surfaces (flat portions) on the cover member (7) decrease, thereby reducing sound emission, and thus noises from the cover member (7). In addition, when the cover member (7) of the present invention has at least three circular compartments (17), in each three circular compartments (17) adjoining to each other, the three circular compartments (17) are arranged in a triangular pattern, and each one of them circumscribe the other two circular compartments (17). Therefore, the at least three circular compartments (17) can be arranged in the densest pattern on the cover member (7), and thus flat portions (18) each surrounded by three circular compartments (17) can be minimized, thereby reducing sound emission from the cover member (7).

    摘要: Provided are an in-mold degassing structure, which acts by using no external control means, and a mold having that structure. The degassing structure comprises a sliding member (10) for receiving the pushing force of an elastic member from the bottom side, and a sliding member acceptor (20) for accepting the sliding member (10) slidably in the vertical direction. The sliding member (10) includes a vertical bottomed hole (12) communicating with a mold cavity and at least one side opening (13) communicating with the vertical bottom hole and opened to the side face. The sliding member acceptor (20) includes degassing ports (21) communicating in an initial state with the side opening (13) of the sliding member and closed when the sliding member is slid in a direction against the elastic member by the flow tip portion of the molten material. The degassing structure is mounted in the molten material flow passage or in the cavity near the trailing end of the molten material flow passage, thereby to degas the mold inside.

[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] When a suction pump (VP) is operated, a negative pressure is generated in a feeding side pipe line (4), a cooling path (2a) of a mold (2), and a return side pipe line (5). Cooling water contained in a water containing tank (3) is sucked by the negative pressure to flow out from a first water feeding opening (3a) to the feeding side pipe line (4) and enters into the cooling path (2a) of the mold (2) after flowing through the feeding side pipe line (4). The cooling water cools the mold (2) while flowing in the cooling path (2a) of the mold (2) and then flows out into the return side pipe line (5). On the other hand, the operation of the suction pump (VP) causes a negative pressure to be generated also in a bypass pipe line (6). the cooling water contained in the water containing tank (3) is sucked by this negative pressure to flow out from a second water feeding opening (3b) to the bypass pipe line (6) and then enters into the return side pipe line (5) after passing through the bypass pile line (6).

    摘要: An injection-moulding system for an injection-moulding machine (1) comprises a clamping assembly (15,16), a temperature-adjusting system, and an ejector. The clamping assembly (15,16) comprises two horizontal beams (29) for mounting on the platens (2,3) of the injection-moulding machine (1) and two vertical beams (30) for crosswise mounting on the horizontal beams (29) in multiple positions. The clamping assembly allows dies (17,18) of various sizes to be clamped in one and the same machine. The temperature-adjusting system comprises at least one cooling tube (69) for detachable insertion into a blind hole (68) formed in the die. The cooling tube (69) is attached to coolant conduits (66,67), which is permanently attached to a source of coolant (65). Dies can thereby be replaced quickly and easily without spilling any coolant. The ejector is adapted to eject the cooled product (23) after opening of the die. The injector pins (22) are in an inexpensive way glued to the ejector plate (21). Using of the injection-moulding system causes considerably cost saving.
