摘要:

A method and a wall element for repairing a wall structure comprising at least an inner metal sheet (406), an outer metal sheet (402) and an insulator layer (404) between the inner and outer metal sheets. The method comprises at least the following steps: (i) removing the inner metal sheet in such a way that installation frames formed on the inner metal sheet are left in the wall structure, (ii) removing the insulator layer from a place where the inner metal sheet has been removed, (iii) installing a wall element comprising a metal sheet and an insulator layer attached to the metal sheet in the place of the removed wall structure in such a way that the edges of the metal sheet of the wall element are placed overlappingly with the installation frames.

A floating structure comprising at least one deck structure (2), which has a deck level (21) and on which is arranged at least one space unit (3). The space unit includes a wet space with a floor structure (61) provided with a discharge pipe (8). Further, the space unit (3) is provided with an external service facility with a bottom (51). The deck structure (2) is provided with a recess (22) corresponding to at least a surface area of the bottom (51) of the service facility (5). At least the bottom (51) of the service facility (5) is at a given level below the deck level (21). In order to monitor or collect any leakage in connection with the wet space, a lowered surface are provided at least by the bottom (51) of the service facility (5) is provided with a leakage detector (10) or with a sewer pipe (11).

To reduce the effect of, or to act as a deterrent to, the threat of piracy, the invention provides a portable safe-room 10 arranged to be inserted into a standard ISO shipping container, the safe-room comprising a floor, walls, and a ceiling, and further comprising armour plate 70 located on the outside of the safe-room 10 on at least one wall. The safe-room is for the ship's personnel to await rescue and avoid capture. The safe room can have a sealing means for providing an airtight compartment therein. Air treatment means can be provided including provision of oxygen. The safe room may include communication means, external monitoring means, and remote control means for controlling aspects of the ships facilities, for example for preventing the ships engine from driving the ship or preventing the ships steering means from steering the ship. The safe room may include GPS means to allow the safe rooms location to be tracked.

The invention relates to a balcony construction comprising at least two upper (1) and correspondingly at least two lower supporting cantilevers (2) to be fixed to a framework for supporting an upper (3) and a lower balcony element (4), and in which lower balcony element (4) is provided at least one dividing wall (5). The supporting cantilevers (1, 2) are essentially U-shaped in cross-section, opening upwards and forming a collection space (12) for any water entering the balcony element. At least one upper (1) and correspondingly at least one lower supporting cantilever (2) are mutually aligned on essentially the same vertical plane. Between the said mutually aligned upper and lower supporting cantilevers is at least one tubular, non-load- bearing support structure (6) of a dividing wall, which can be functionally connected to the said upper (1) and lower U-shaped supporting cantilevers (2) to guide water from the upper supporting cantilever (1) to the lower supporting cantilever (2).
