Information is stored in a database that associates the tracking data in the tracking encodement with the identifying mark.

This performed when duplicating an original film print (405) to an undeveloped copy film (407), where a surface of the original film print is positioned close to a surface of the undeveloped film. The surface of the undeveloped film is exposed with light transferred through the surface of the original film print. The watermark is obtained from a number of individually controllable light sources (411), such that the light transferred through the surface of the original film print (405) has a predefined pattern depending on how the light from the light source (409) is controlled. The invention further relates to a storage medium comprising instructions for performing the method of adding watermark information, a system for adding watermark information and a system for determining the legality of a film print copy.

摘要： The present invention describes systems (10) and methods for exposure and removal of material on the periphery of a substrate. The system includes an emitting radiation or exposure source, preferably a guide such as an optical assembly (36) and an emitter (41), an edge detector (43), a transport, which comprise rotating and radial mechanisms, and a substrate support. The optical assembly (36) directs radiation from the exposure source to the wafer or emitter. The transport supports the emitter and the edge detector (43) about the substrate, and a tracking exposure head preferably supports the emitter and edge detector (43). As the emitter (41) moves along the periphery of the substrate, the edge detector (43) sends signals to control systems, which process signals, and command the transport to adjust the position of the emitter (41) when necessary to expose the periphery of the substrate. In another embodiment, the system provides an exposure source chamber, a process chamber, and optionally a control chamber to isolate particle and thermal problems. In another embodiment, the wafer is in a rotating drum, which supports a radial mechanism, supporting a tracking exposure head (40) holding the emitter and edge detector. The drum and tracking exposure head (40) have guidance components and stopping mechanisms.

摘要： A plate fixed to a recording drum is irradiated with a laser beam emitted from an objective lens of a recording head, to generate gas. The recording head has a gas diffusion/suction unit forming an air stream in front of the objective lens. Further, a second suction unit elongated along the rotational axis of the recording drum is arranged between a transport unit supplying the plate to the recording drum and the recording head. Thus, it is possible to prevent the gas not only from contaminating the objective lens but also from diffusing in a housing following rotation of the recording drum. Consequently, an image recorder employing a photosensitive material generating gas in reaction to heat resulting from the laser beam emitted from the recording head can minimize contamination of the recording head, the transport unit etc. arranged in the housing of the apparatus with the gas.
