    摘要: An air cushion bed includes an inflatable air mattress; a first sensing mat provided on an outer surface of the air mattress and including a first upper and a first lower sensing sheet with a first soft pad sandwiched between them; and a first determining module electrically connected to the first upper and lower sensing sheets. When the first sensing mat is compressed and the first upper and lower sensing sheets are electrically connected to each other via holes on the first soft pad, the first determining module determines there is a patient lying on the air mattress or the air mattress with a patient lying thereon is insufficiently inflated. A second sensing mat and a second determining module can be additionally provided on another outer surface of the air mattress opposite to the first sensing mat for the air cushion bed to determine both of the above two situations.

    摘要: The present invention provides a rotating bed for medical care, which includes: a bed frame structure, a bed body structure as well as a pivotal turning structure. The bed frame structure includes a fixed support. The bed body structure includes a connecting support, and the connecting support is located on top of the fixed support. The pivotal turning device includes a rotating axis that is fixed on the connecting support and a starting unit that is in connection with the bed frame structure. Moreover, the rotating axis includes a plurality of pivoted arms. The starting unit includes an extendable element that is able to drive the rotation of the plurality of pivoted arms, whereby when the length of the extendable element of the starting unit is extended or retracted, the plurality of pivoted arms rotate while encircling the core of the rotating axis as a result of the extendable element extending or retracting its length, and this has the effect of driving the rotation of the bed body structure at the same time, so as to enable the bed body structure located in between the deflected position that projects from a side of the bed frame structure and a placement position that does not project from a side of the bed frame structure to rotate back and forth. The present invention is able to assist the patients to get into and out of bed with convenience, by means of the bed body structure being rotated at the deflected position.

    摘要: A sensing device is configured for placing in an air cushion bed below air bladders thereof to detect an exact state of the bed in use, and includes a first and a second sheet connected together to define an air chamber therebetween. The air bladders and the air chamber are communicable with one another via inflation valves on the first sheet and are synchronously and identically inflated. First and second sensing elements are disposed outside and inside the air chamber, respectively. The first sensing element has deformation and acceleration sensors arranged thereon for monitoring how the bed reacts to a patient lying thereon and the manner in which the bed is being used. The second sensing element includes upper and lower conductive sensing sheets and an electrical connection state therebetween is used to detect whether the air bladders are sufficiently inflated. Thus, the air cushion bed is safer for use.
