The present invention relates to the pharmaceutical sector, specifically to a device for sterilisation by electron beam irradiation of flexible bags, in particular flexible bags of the type that can contain solutions of human plasma proteins for therapeutic use. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method of sterilisation by electron beam irradiation of said flexible bags and to an in-line method for filling flexible bags that uses the sterilisation device and method of the present invention.
