摘要： The present invention relates to an article such as a sole or a shoe adapted to contact the sole of a foot, which incorporates at least one crystalline substance which is capable of developing a color in the wavelength range between about 400 nm and 900 nm and stimulates the reflex zones located at the sole of the foot. The method of utilizing such article is also disclosed.
