    摘要: The boiler body (1) comprises a substantially cylindrical hollow skirt (8) made by extrusion, in particular of aluminium material. The extruded skirt (8) is machined on its surface to form seats for fastening of auxiliary elements such as doors, closing means, heating elements and the like, for the boiler and/or the steriliser. The skirt (8) is closed at one end by a plate-like bottom wall applied thereto and can have longitudinal stiffening ribs or ridges on the outer surface thereof. It preferably has a cross section different from the circular section, in particular a substantially oval section, to increase the useful space for arrangement of item-holding trays (6). At least the inner surface of the skirt (8) of aluminium material is anodised to withstand contact with steam.

    摘要: The device comprises an autoclave (2) defining a sterilisation chamber (3) for the items to be sterilised, and a single exhaust duct (13), provided with a cooling pipe coil (15a) and a suction pump (17) and through which the condensate, steam and exhaust air of the chamber (3) are caused to pass. The duct (13) discharges into an exhaust tank (14) disposed within the sterilizer container, and does not pass through the water-feeding tank (4) that is therefore devoid of a cooling pipe coil. The process involves at least one step of cooling the exhaust duct (13) and the pipe coil (15a) during evacuation of the sterilisation chamber (3).

The process consists in admitting a first steam flow into a boiler shell, collecting the condensation water of the first steam flow and heating the boiler shell in such a manner that a second steam flow is produced from the condensation water.
