摘要： A facing panel, in particular a plasterboard panel (2), according to the invention comprises a core (4) arranged between two cardboard sheets (6, 8). One cardboard sheet (8) has a substantially straight cutout (12) extending from one edge of the panel to an opposite edge. The invention also provides that the core (4) has a break (14) across its full thickness, and that the cardboard sheet (6) opposed to the cut-out sheet (8) is folded at approximately 180° along the break (14).

The material of d50 mean particle size in the range from 1 to 10 micrometers gives the lining paper a surface texture resembling that of jointing compounds and so reduces or removes contrasts, notably in absorbency, reflectance and gloss, between the surface (12) of the boards and the surface (20) of the jointing compound between boards.
