    摘要: Soft, light, spoonable confectionery product, composed of a homogeneous mixture of confectioners' sugar, dextrose, mal­tose, maltodextrins, white of egg in powder, gelatine and flavours, all in powder, whipped with water and mixed with whipped cream, then soaked in alcoholic or non-alcoholic liquid and sponge cake.
    The confectionery product obtained can be used to trim other confectionery products.
    It can be stored with unaltered characteristics in refrige­rators at temperatures below 0°C for various months.
