Soft, light, spoonable confectionery product, composed of a homogeneous mixture of confectioners' sugar, dextrose, maltose, maltodextrins, white of egg in powder, gelatine and flavours, all in powder, whipped with water and mixed with whipped cream, then soaked in alcoholic or non-alcoholic liquid and sponge cake. The confectionery product obtained can be used to trim other confectionery products. It can be stored with unaltered characteristics in refrigerators at temperatures below 0°C for various months.
