摘要: For supporting of formwork in constructing buildings, use is made of steel post shores (props) having a pin 15 with recessed areas thereon. When the prop has to be brought from the loaded to the unloaded position, such pin is changed of position in the prop so as to allow the inner tube to be lowered within the outer tube of the prop. The invention provides a new pin-design such that after assembling the prop it can be clearly seen wether the pin finds itself in the correct position or not. For that purpose, use is made of a pin (15) having a recess (27) and a flattened portion (29); by axial displacement of the pin this portion rests (in fig.2,10) on ring (12) or on inner tube (3) under changing its angular position, which is well visible for the user. Alternativily the cylindrical pin (35) of fig. 4 has two cams (39, 41) resting on ring 12; by axially displacing this pin, it will rotate over 90 DEG and the inner tube (3) will be lowered in the outer tube (1), which position is clearly visible for the user.

摘要: Scaffolding systems should have the facility of building extensions to it when needed. Yet required extensions, while using the known systems, are not feasible since mounting and dismounting possibilities are not provided for except for mounting and dismounting complete scaffolding floor stages. Intermediate mounting or dismounting cannot be effected while using known systems.
The invention provides for an interlocking scaffolding system which also facilitates unlocking of platforms and flattened end sections 14 of struts 3,4 thereby maintaining all required stability of the cooperating scaffolding parts having been erected.
This is achieved by the the function of angular rotational movement between the interlocking member parts of a joint i and inherent use of special brackets 12 for not only interlockingly clamping platform ends to the bracing frames but also by the additional use of special brackets 12 for interlocking flattened end portions 14 of struts 3,4, each having its own matching opening 15 passing over a recessed protrusion which is welded to the standard or post of the bracing frame, whereafter an interlocking nose or cam member 16, integrally forming part of said matching opening 15 is hooked in, thereby blocking said recess 13. The matching opening 15 is so no longer allowed to give free passage to the protrusion 12 any longer, thereby giving an immediate interlocking function.
For interlocking the platform end sections to special brackets, a similar angular rotation is required while positioning or taking away the platforms, which in their ultimate operational position are automatically interlocked with respect to said brackets.

Date Aug. 6, 1992.Supporting element for building constructions, comprising an outer tube (3) made of sheet steel, in which an inner tube (1) can be telescoped, the outer tube having ridges (13) intentionally provided by way of deformation and constituting a guide for the inner tube (1). As a result, lateral damages such as dents caused during construction operations may be absorbed by the wider portions of the outer tube (3) without impeding the telescopic capability of the inner tube (1). For coupling this element, a ring (23) is welded to the outer tube (3) which ring has a widened portion (31) at the location of each ridge (13), so that between the tube and the ring a cavity (33) is created which may accommodate the hooked end (35) of a coupling element (37). This end can be locked in that cavity by means of a lever (39) clamped with its end portion (54) against the bottom of the ring (23) by way of a displacing mechanism (41).

摘要: Various components in use for present different decking systems unfortunately are not fully interchangeable. Form panels in use for form work cannot always be uniformly applied for as e.g. the circumferential panel edges of certain panels of one decking system constitute an obstruction as they cannot be hooked down while using as a replacement in another decking system.
The invention relates to a decking system, comprising longitudinal beams and cross beams which, altogether with decking panels are supported by variable height support standards provided at their top with a drophead unit, wherein at least each drophead at its side facing a beam's end is provided with holding means and also each end of a beam being connectable to said drophead is provided with a hooking means enabling such interconnection.
This can simply take place by a structure enabling the cross beams to be hooked down upon a raised edge provided along both supporting flanges of the longitudinal beams. However such longitudinal beams were unsuitable for supporting panels of another type, because of the presence of the raised edge which constituted an obstruction to the circumferential panel edges. Besides, such edges tend to build a kind of a gutter which is easily clogged by concrete leaking through the abutting joints between an edge of a longitudinal beam and a circumferential edge of a form panel or form sheet.
These disadvantages are removed by the novel decking system providing for uniform use of form panels and sheets which can easily be placed in any known decking system which is provided with the invented means.
According to the invention in a decking system a drophead for supporting said beam's end provision is designed for one or more first accomodating means located between the center line of the drophead and the vertical projection of the external edge of the top plate of said drophead.
Another advantage is obtained in a prefferred embodiment wherein each longitudinal beam on each one of its sides is provided with a supporting flange extending in a direction to the center line and beyond the vertical projection of the top edge of said longitudinal beam.
