The invention refers to precast blocks for constructions from which modular elements of insulating material, with optimized geometry are obtained, to a network of channels obtained by assembling the modular elements, to a supporting structure, to a process of obtaining a construction by assembling the modular elements. The precast block for construction, according to the invention, comprises an exterior face provided with recessed areas and protrusions such that the thickness g of the precast block wall is uniform, and fastening areas for veneering elements, considering of ribs set on the protrusions, and/or a surface without recesses and protrusions, obtaining a higher thickness of the precast block wall, for the precast blocks destined to be positioned in the areas where the outer surface of a construction obtained from precast blocks is larger than its inner surface thereof, such that the rate of heat transfer of the construction to be uniform on the entire built surface of said construction, for preventing the occurrence of thermal bridges.

The invention refers to a process and an installation for obtaining the deuterium depleted water which is preferably for food use. The process consists in that water, after purification feeds the continuous isotopic distillation in the presence of a packing on minimum 100 theoretical plates with an efficiency of 8 theoretical plates per meter, the reflux being introduced on the last plate of an upper stripping zone, the number of theoretical plates from the stripping zone and that of the ones from a lower enrichment zone being in a ratio of 10 : 1 and preferably of 9 : 1 , in this latter case resulting 10.5% of the reflux flow as a waste which flows through the enrichment zone with a concentration of under 200 ppm D/(D+H), obtaining 4.5% of the reflux flow deuterium depleted water with a concentration of 20-30 ppm D/(D+H) which is mineralized. The installation in which the process is applied contains a packing consisting of a lower enrichment zone and an upper stripping zone, at the intersection of these zones a and b being connected a thermally insulated isotopic distillation column, between the steam boiler and the column being fitted a level regulating loop (A) placed under the zone in which are injected in the column the vapors provided by the steam boiler, between the vacuum ramp and the top zone (d) and respectively a secondary condenser being connected a vacuum regulation loop (B), the collecting pipe being connected to an intermediate storage tank at which another pipe is connected, fitted with a dosing device, communicating with a mixing pipe provided with static mixing promoters, to which a short pipe is connected provided with another automatic dosing device, connected to a storage tank for a mineralizing additive and a final evacuation pipe connected to a UV sterilizing subsystem.

The present invention relates to a process for chemical extraction of gold and silver from low grade and refractory pyritic concentrates containing minimum 1 ppm Au, by their leaching in enamelled cast iron reactors, steel plated lead or plastic coated steel, at room temperature, in ammoniac solutions (pH 8-10) of sodium thiosulfate (50-60 g/l Na 2 S 2 0 3 • 5 H 2 O) with a divalent copper salt as catalyst (3-4 g/l Cu).The suspension resulting after 2- 4 hours of reaction is filtered. The thiosulfate solution containing minimum 5 mg /l undergoes an electrolysis process with insoluble anodes. Copper, gold and silver is deposited in the cell as a sludge, and the electrolyte having a maximum content of Au of l mg/l, is recycled to the leaching operation of raw material, after correction of copper content and alkalinity to the baseline values. The copper, gold and silver deposit, separated as a sludge, is purified by leaching copper in a solution of 30-40% sulphuric acid at a solid: liquid ratio of 1:5 - 1:10, at a temperature of 85 - 90°C for 2-4 hours under air bubbling. The suspension is filtered. The copper leached as CuSO 4 •5H 2 O returns to the extraction process of gold and silver.

The invention relates to modular elements made of insulating materials for constructions, provided with at least one network element in the interior; to a network obtained by connecting modular elements; to a supporting structure achieved by casting a hardening material in the network achieved by connecting the modular elements and joining them through the supporting structure, as well as to the process for obtaining thereof. The modular element has an interior network element made up of at least two main half-joints and optionaly it may have one or more secondary half-joints, connected through vertical and oblique channels. The network obtained by assembling the modular elements is made up of main and secondary joints, connected trough vertical, horizontal and oblique channels. The unitary supporting structure is obtained by casting a material that will be harden in the unitary network for the entire construction. The process for obtaining the construction according to the invention consists of the following: connection of modular elements and the casting of material that hardens in the network defined through the connection of modular elements and the creation of a unitary supporting structure.
