摘要: The centering mechanism is intended for rotary columns for capping of containers with various shape and without neck. There are one or more centering mechanisms (11) in the rotary column, as each one of them has a support platform (16) on which there is a container (10), which is to be capped. The centering axis (13) is irremovably attached underneath and to the support platform, and is mounted to the guiding member (15) via bearings. In the guiding member (15) and centering axis (13), an opening has been made where the bearing axis (20) of the drive bearing (21) is located. The bearing axis (20) is irremovably fastened to the guiding member (15), to which a movable platform (22) is irremovably mounted. The changeable holders (23) are fastened to the movable platform (22) by bolt connection, and are passing through openings, made in the support platform (16). The support platform (16) of the centering mechanism (13) is changeable, as the shape and size of the support platform (16) are defined by the shape and size of the container being capped (10).

摘要: The device consists of one or more carriers (1) mounted to a rotary column. On each peripheral section of the carrier (1), a holder (6) is mounted, whose front part is shaped equidistantly to the portion of the container that is encompassed, and its rear part is an arcuate section mounted to and encompassing part of the outer surface of a corresponding adjacent centering sleeve (5). Each holder (6) is mounted movably to the carrier (1) by means of spring-loaded pins (7). On the bottoms (9) of the pins (7), at some distance from each holder (6), there is a plate (10) placed and it is connected to the pins (7). There is a longitudinal, laterally open slot made in each plate (10), wherein a mounting pin (11), with a stepped cylindrical shape, is set, when changing the holders (6).

摘要: The intended use of this device is for filling and weight- related dosing of containers with a cylindrical neck and a ring around the neck. The device consists of connected gripping device (7) and closed type drawing mechanism (3). With one variation realization, the gripping device (7) consists of two jaws (8) moving in a horizontal plane, mounted onto a supporting plate (10) and interconnected by means of a spring (H). The changeable fixing element (13) is mounted between the middle sections of the two movable jaws (8), attached onto the supporting plate (10). A protrusion (14) is shaped at the front end of the changeable fixing element (13), pressing part of the upper surface of the ring (6) on the cylindrical neck (5) of the container (4). A round area (15) is shaped at the front end of the supporting plate (10), used for supporting and pressing part of the lower surface of the ring (6) on the cylindrical neck (5).
