摘要： Higher Order Ambisonics represents three-dimensional sound independent of a specific loudspeaker set-up. However, transmission of an HOA representation results in a very high bit rate. Therefore compression with a fixed number of channels is used, in which directional and ambient signal components are processed differently. The ambient HOA component is represented by a minimum number of HOA coefficient sequences. The remaining channels contain either directional signals or additional coefficient sequences of the ambient HOA component, depending on what will result in optimum perceptual quality. This processing can change on a frame-by-frame basis.

摘要： Embodiments of this application provide a foldable electronic device and a shaft cover assembly. A first middle frame part and a second middle frame part in the foldable electronic device are rotatably connected to each other by using a rotating shaft assembly. The foldable electronic device further includes a flexible circuit board and at least one shaft cover assembly. The shaft cover assembly is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft assembly. The flexible circuit board is fixedly connected to the shaft cover assembly. In a process in which the first middle frame part and the second middle frame part are folded or unfolded relative to each other, the shaft cover assembly moves back and forth relative to the rotating shaft assembly in a thickness direction of the foldable electronic device. In this way, the flexible circuit board can be prevented from being at the risk of excessive folding-induced wire break or bending fatigue-induced wire break, so that user experience of the foldable electronic device can be prevented from being affected.

摘要： Embodiments of this application provide a route advertisement method, a network device, and a system. A first network device receives a route advertisement packet from a second network device, where the route advertisement packet includes a common field and a variable field, the common field carries a common part of N segment routing over internet protocol version 6 SRv6 segment identifiers SIDs, the variable field carries a variable part of a first SRv6 SID in the N SRv6 SIDs, the N SRv6 SIDs correspond to a first prefix, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2. The first network device obtains the N SRv6 SIDs based on the common part and the variable part of the first SRv6 SID. The first network device generates a first route, where the first route includes the first prefix and the N SRv6 SIDs. According to the method, a length of the route advertisement packet is reduced, a bandwidth occupied by the route advertisement packet is reduced, and route advertisement efficiency is improved.

摘要： In a train control system, an onboard control device includes an onboard control portion. The onboard control portion transmits the current position of a train to a ground control device and receives, from the ground control device, a travelable route for the train based on the current position and a travel-permitting position indicating a position enabling the train to travel within the travelable route. The onboard control portion controls the train to maintain a speed lower than or equal to a predetermined limit based on an operation pattern indicating a control pattern of the train referring to the travel-permitting position. The ground control device includes a ground control portion that calculates a travelable route and a travel-permitting position based on the current position received from the onboard control device and transmits the calculated travelable route and travel-permitting position to the onboard control device. The onboard control portion calculates a failure rate, namely, a ratio of failed brake devices to the brake devices mounted on the train, and controls the train to maintain a speed lower than or equal to an abnormal-state speed limit, namely, a speed calculated based on the failure rate and a normal-state speed limit as a speed limit for the train when all the brake devices are normal.
