摘要: An infant bottle feeding system includes an infant bottle (100) with a chamber (C) that receives a liquid, heating or cooling elements (42A, 42B) operable to heat or cool liquid in the chamber and sensors (80) operable to sense parameters of the liquid in the chamber. The system optionally includes an electronic base (50) removably attached to a bottom surface of the infant bottle (100) and operable to deliver power to electronics in the infant bottle. The system optionally includes a thermal cover (70) that fits over the infant bottle (100) and releasably couples to the electronic base (50) to enclose the infant bottle, the thermal cover (70) insulating the infant bottle and inhibiting heat loss of the liquid in the chamber. The electronic base (50) delivers power to the heating elements and sensors in the infant bottle only when the infant bottle is on the electronic base. The infant bottle, thermal cover and electronic base define a single travel pack unit when coupled together.

摘要: A drinkware container system includes a container body having an outer wall and an inner wall spaced from the outer wall to define a cavity. The inner wall extends between an opening of the container body and a base wall. The inner wall and base wall define a chamber that receives a liquid, the bottom wall spaced below the base wall. A cold-side heat sink is located in the cavity in thermal contact with the inner wall and/or the base wall. Optionally, a phase change material is located in the cavity and in thermal communication with the chamber and with the cold side heat sink, the phase change material spaced apart from the outer wall. The cavity can optionally be filled with an insulation material or be under vacuum. Optionally, the container body can have magnet(s) that can removably couple it with a cooling unit. The cooling unit can have a first heat sink configured to contact the container body when the container body is placed on the cooling unit, thermoelectric module(s) in thermal communication with the first heat sink, and a second heat sink in thermal communication with the thermoelectric module(s) so that the thermoelectric module(s) are interposed between the first and second heat sinks. The thermoelectric module(s) are operable to draw heat from the first heat sink and transfer it to the second heat sink to cool the first heat sink to thereby draw heat from the container body to cool it.

摘要: An actively heated mug, travel mug, baby bottle, water bottle or liquid container is provided. The mug, travel mug, baby bottle, water bottle or liquid container can include a body that receives a liquid therein and a heating or cooling system at least partially disposed in the body. The heating or cooling system can include one or more heating or cooling elements that heat a surface of the receiving portion of the body and one or more energy storage devices. The mug, travel mug, baby bottle, water bottle or liquid container can include a wireless power receiver that wirelessly receives power from a power source and control circuitry configured to charge one or more power storage elements and to control the delivery of electricity from the one or more power storage elements to the one or more heating or cooling elements. The mug, travel mug, baby bottle, water bottle or liquid container also can have one or more sensors that sense a parameter of the liquid or sense a parameter of the heating or cooling system and communicates the sensed information to the control circuitry. The control circuitry can turn on, turn off, and/or operate the heating or cooling element to actively heat or cool at least a portion of the body to maintain the liquid in a heated or cooled state generally at a user selected temperature setting based at least in part on the sensed parameter information. The mug, travel mug, baby bottle, water bottle or liquid container can also be paired with a remote device or mobile electronic device to send or receive communications or commands.

The dishware and drinkware can be a plate, mug, cup or serving dish that includes a dishwasher safe body having a receiving portion for holding solid or liquid food and a heating or cooling system that can be housed in the body or in a separate module removably attachable to the body. The heating or cooling system can have a heating or cooling element that heats or cools the receiving portion of the body. The heating or cooling system can optionally have a power storage element connected to the heating or cooling element, the power storage element configured to supply the heating or cooling element with electricity for a desired period of time. The heating or cooling system can optionally have a charging circuit operatively connected to the power storage element, the charging circuit configured to control a charging process of the power storage element. The heating or cooling system can have a wireless power receiver configured to wirelessly receive power from a power source, the wireless power receiver operatively connected to the charging circuit and configured to transmit power thereto to charge the power storage device. The heating or cooling element is operable to actively heat or cool at least a portion of the body to maintain the solid or liquid food in a heated or cooled state for an extended period of time.
