    A connection component 1a comprises a metal terminal 10, a conductive member 20 provided on one surface of the metal terminal 10 and deformable by compression, a securing member 30 bonded to one surface of the metal terminal 10, and an exhaust path 40 provided in at least one of the metal terminal 10 and the securing member 30, the exhaust path being connected to or provided in at least one securing surface of a first securing surface 31 of the securing member 30 that is bonded to the metal terminal 10, and a second securing surface 32 that is an opposite surface to the first securing surface 31, the exhaust path exhausting a babble generated in at least one of the first securing surface 31 and the second securing surface 32.

    摘要： To provide a technique by which a material exhibiting high adhesiveness to objects to be fixed can be selected regardless of a material used for an insulating base in an anisotropic conductor having an adhesive section. An intermediate sheet 14 which can be attached to the base 12 is provided between the base 12 and adhesive section 15. Since the intermediate sheet 14 is provided in this manner, adhesive materials that exhibit high adhesive force to objects to be fixed can be used for the adhesive section 15 without the consideration for adhesive force to the base 12. Furthermore, adhesive force which cannot be exhibited between the adhesive section 15 and the base 12 in the case of direct contact of the adhesive section 15 with the base 12 can be exhibited.
