Abstract: The invention relates to a device for producing conical bellows (2) for air springs, comprising at least one clamping/spreading device (9), wherein the clamping/spreading device (9) can be moved into two end positions, namely an insertion position and a vulcanisation position, wherein the outer diameter of the insertion position is smaller than the outer diameter of the vulcanisation position. The clamping/spreading device (9) comprises clamping segments (6) which can be driven together in the insertion position in such a way that the outer diameter of the clamping/spreading device (9) allows an air-spring bellows preform to be pulled over (2), and the clamping segments (6) are driven apart in the vulcanising position in such a way that the outer diameter of the clamping/spreading device (9) is increased such that the air-spring bellows preform (2) can be sealingly pressed against the corresponding outer shape (5) from inside, wherein open gaps (10) remain between the clamping segments (6) as a result of the increase in the outer diameter of the clamping/spreading device (9).
