摘要:
The present invention relates to a hinge (1) for metal door and window frames which includes two half-hinges (2, 3), with means for attachment respectively to a first section of a fixed frame (5) and a second section of a mobile frame (6), their pivot being a cylindrical pin (4) which can be inserted in a cylindrical seat (7) which extends longitudinally for a first value (L7) and is defined by corresponding longitudinal cylindrical cavities in the half-hinges (2, 3); the pin (4) extends longitudinally for a second value (L4) greater than the first value (L7), so that one of its ends (8) protrudes from the seat (7) and fixing means (9) are envisaged for fixing the end (8) to the first section of the fixed frame (5).

In an improved espagnolette handle, the fixing sockets (11) afforded by the escutcheon flange or casing (1) are through holes allowing the insertion of screws (10) from the front of the handle, hence from the side opposite to that occupied by the back cover plate (8), and can be concealed by applying a removable snap-fitted decor element (12) designed to mask at least part of the front face (1a) of the casing ; similarly, the cover plate (8) incorporates positive fasteners (16) enabling its attachment to the rear face (1 b).
摘要:
The handle features a flange or casing (1) in which the screw holes (11) enabling attachment to the sash of a door/window fixture are arranged in pairs of dissimilar distance between centres either side of a transverse axis (x) and ordered asymmetricalIy in relation to the longitudinal median axis (y) of the handle according to their spacing and diameter; the casing (1) also affords a pair of slots (13) disposed mutually parallel on either side of the usual centre pinion (6), serving to accommodate sliding racks (5a, 5b) of which the reverse sides offer pairs of flat seatings (14) shaped to receive a matching lug (7) integral with each of the two pins (4a, 4b) that operate the espagnolette catch rods.

The device for adjusting the working position of the bolt mechanism (1) for sliding doors, windows and related items consisting of a rod (2) parallel to the direction of sliding of the door or window, which has at the end projecting beyond the leading edge of the door or window at least one catch (3) is improved by envisaging a screw means (6), completely and independently housed in its own seat (4) which communicates with the sliding housing of the rod. The screw means is free to rotate and axially stable within its housing and upon it acts a positioning and thrust means (9) associated with a slider which supports the rod and the device which moves it, parallel to itself, between a fully backward position, of non-interference with the rod, and a fully forward position, completely engaged with a threaded section of the rod and forcing the same against the slider, passing through an intermediate position, of complete engagement with the threaded section of the rod for a micrometric adjustment of the working position of the rod itself.

A hinge for doorframes, adjustable on three axes, envisages first adjustment means (11) for a hinge pin (6), on a hinge body (2), comprising means (35) for the integral connection of a bushing (7) and the relative portion of the pin (6) housed inside it, so as to define a single adjustable body. Moreover, the bushing (7) has an outer radial projection (12) which can be engaged in a corresponding notch (13) in the inner surface of a hole (9) in the hinge body (2), the projection (12) - notch (13) connection being designed to define a pivoting point (F), in the style of a cam, for the bushing, allowing the bushing and the portion of the pin (6) housed in it to be made to perform a pendular movement in both directions, by relative means (14) which can be operated from the outside and which act between the pin (6) and the hole (9), allowing adjustment of the position of the pin (6). Second adjustment means (111) are also envisaged, for adjustment on the vertical axis (Z), the means located and acting on the other hinge body (3), so as to obtain a variation in the relative axial distance (H) between the first and second hinge bodies (2, 3).
