摘要： A recorder/reproducer (101) writes second content data produced by re-encoding first content data recorded on a first recording medium onto a second recording medium in place of the first content data when it is transferred, writes one or more first partial information extracted from the first content data onto the second recording medium, and alters the first content data into non-reproducible state using one or more first invalidated partial information corresponding one by one with the extracted one or more first partial information. The recorder/reproducer alters the first content data under non-reproducible state into reproducible state using one or more first partial information recorded on the second recording medium when recovering the first content data.

摘要： There is provided a new system for content use and settlement. A user requests a mobile telephone charge management server (3000) to perform proxy settlement for commodities purchased by using mobile telephones 1 (4100), 2 (4200), and 3 (4300). The mobile telephone charge management server (3000) inquires a registration server (3100) whether proxy settlement is enabled. When the proxy settlement is enabled, the proxy settlement is performed. When the proxy settlement is disabled, the mobile telephone performs settlement by using the electronic money charged in it.
