wherein, a molar content of lithium present in a structure of the positive active material, measured through neutron diffraction analysis, is 1.02 to 1.15 per mole of the positive active material, and a c-axis lattice constant variation ratio of the R-3m structure is less than 2.3% for charge and discharge in the 2.5 V to 4.25 V range.
