    摘要： The invention relates to a uni- or multipolar electrical filter feedthrough (1) for introducing into an opening in the housing (26) of an implantable electronic therapy device, comprising a feedthrough body (2) which has a fixing means (3) for connecting to the housing wall and which can be introduced into said opening; and filtering means (7) which are configured in the form of a capacitor. Said filtering means are each electroconductively connected to one of the electrical pins (8) of the filter feedthrough that are situated galvanically separately from each other and to the housing of the electronic therapy device, which conducts a reference potential. The filtering means (7) are located outside of the feedthrough body (2) and are connected thereto in such a way that they project into the inside (4) of the housing (26) in a freely suspended manner.
