Erfindungsgemäß weist die Entspannungseinrichtung (20) einen Dampfabscheider (10) auf, der dem Expandertank (12) vorgeschaltet und stromabwärts einer Druckblende (9) angeordnet ist, wobei eine Einrichtung zur direkten Beaufschlagung der zugeführten organischen Substrate mit aus dem Dampfabscheider (10) abgeschiedenem Heißdampf vorgesehen ist.
