The invention concerns a flexible bulk-material container (1) with a main body (2) enclosing a space for the material. The container is filled and emptied through inlet-pipe and outlet-pipe assemblies (3, 4), for instance, and can be hoisted by means of lifting loops (5) or similar devices. The main body is made of textile fabric, in particular a polypropylene fabric, which is preferably coated and which is electrically conducting by virtue of conductors incorporated in it. The fabric used is a strip fabric in which, in the warp or weft, at intervals of 30 mm at the most, a fabric strip (6, 7) is replaced by an electrically conducting strip (8) designed as the electrical conductor and made of plastic sheet with substantially the same lateral dimension as the fabric strip (6, 7) and/or the electrically conducting strip is associated with the fabric strip (6, 7) in a substantially corresponding array.
