摘要: A seat reclining apparatus is provided with a neutral position returning means which holds a link lever at a forward reclining operating position, and releases the holding of the link lever in the case that a seat back is shifted from a forward reclined position side to a neutral position within a reclining range. The neutral position returning means shifts a cam plate (15) by a spring in such a manner as to hold the position of the link lever (13) at a lever rotating position while the link lever rotates a releasing lever (12) fixed to a center shaft of a reclining lock mechanism together therewith so as to release a lock of the reclining lock mechanism , and shifts the cam plate to an original position against the spring by a cam releasing means so as to return the link lever to an original position, in the case that the forward reclining seat back (3) is shifted to the neutral position.

摘要: A shift lever device which includes a housing (10), a shift lever (1), a knob (9), a rod (2) with a key (21) and a locking mechanism (40). The shift lever (1) has a tube (72) and a supporting member (71) provided with a pivot supported by the housing (10) on the vehicle body and a base block to which the tube (72) is connected. The knob (9) is connected to the tube (72). The rod (2) inserted through the shift lever (1), is movable in an axial direction by operating the knob button (11) of the knob (9). The key (21) has a detent engaging portion (3) to engage with a detent plate of the housing (10). The locking mechanism (40) has a lock lever (54) with a locking portion (54b) at its tip. The lock lever (54) swings so that the locking portion (54b) is interposed between the base block and the key (21) to lock movement of the rod (2), thus maintaining the engagement of the detent engaging portion (3) with the detent plate.

The guide extends radially from a vicinity of the first teeth to a vicinity of the cam. A near side of the guide relative to the first teeth and the locking member define a gap (G1) therebetween .

摘要: A seat sliding apparatus, includes: a pair of right and left upper rails; a pair of lock plates mounted respectively to the pair of right and left upper,rails in such a manner such that vicinities of base portions of the lock plates are pivoted via a shaft so that the lock plates are capable of swinging around the shaft; lock holes formed on a lower portion of a free end of the lock plates to engage with lock gear teeth formed on the pair of right and left lower rails; a lock spring biasing the lock plates to swing so that the lock holes are engaged with lock gear teeth, thereby a movement of the seat main body in a front-and-rear direction is prevented, and thereby the seat main body can be moved in the front-and-rear direction by releasing the engagement; and an operation lever mounted to the pair of lock plates so that the lock plates can be operated simultaneously by operating the operation lever. In the construction, the operation lever at an end of the opposite side to the belt anchor mounted side is provided with a phase angle absorption means.

摘要: In the seat reclining device (E) of the invention, the working mechanism (50) is composed of a cam member operating lever (51) having a base portion supported rotatably on the base plate (10), and the free end side being coupled with the cam member (40) through a coupling pin (42), biased in the locking direction by a first biasing mechanism and an unlocking lever (52) having the base portion rotatably supported by the same shaft (56) as the cam member operating lever (51), and the intermediate portion provided with a pinhole (52a) for freely fitting a coupling pin (42), biased in the locking direction by a second biasing mechanism, and the manipulating mechanism (60) is composed of a wire (62) having one end coupled to the unlocking lever (52) and the other end to the unlocking lever knob (61) provided in the upper part of the seat back side (71), and therefore the seat back (71) can be locked in the initial stage at the rear inclined position from the lock free state, completely regardless of the inertial force of the unlocking lever knob (61) and the sliding resistance of the wire (62).
