The method provides a processing scheme of whether the anchor migration needs to be performed when SDT is performed, and the method can avoid a waste of communication resources caused through the anchor migration in a non-essential scenario.

摘要: This application provides a semi-persistent scheduling method, user equipment, a base station, and a communication system. In the method, the user equipment receives first configuration information that is sent by the base station and that includes an SPS configuration pool including one or more SPS periodicities and an index number corresponding to each SPS periodicity, and receives second configuration information that is sent by the base station and that includes at least one index number in the SPS configuration pool and an order of the at least one index number, to determine, based on the first configuration information and the second configuration information, an SPS periodicity corresponding to the at least one index number. In this way, data scheduled by the base station by using SPS resources can be received by repeatedly using the SPS periodicity corresponding to the at least one index number in the order indicated by the second configuration information, so that the semi-persistent scheduling periodicity matches a periodicity of a service with a periodic characteristic.
