The door comprises a body member (18) formed from a single sheet of metal to provide peripheral frame members in the form of channels (20 a , 20 b , 20 c 20 d ), and a central face panel (22). Provided along one side edge margin of the door is a hinge formation (24), being in the form of an elongate hollow cylindrical formation by a rolling operation of double thickness. The hinge formation is located on the upper and lower hinge pins (16) allowing for convenient pivotal mounting of the door on the door frame (14). The door also comprises an infill member (30), formed to provide inwardly-extending lips (32 a and 32 b ) extending along opposite side edge margins, and a generally central inwardly directed re-entrant formation (34). The infill member (30) thus provides a second face panel of the door, afforded by faces (36 a and 36 b ) on either side of a central fold-line (38).

A strap (10) carries a key (12), and is used to secure the key to part of a user's body such as a wrist. The key (12) has a shank (52) and a head (50) with a slot (54) through which the strap passes. The key head is slidable but captive on a portion (10a) of the strap between a thickened portion (34) and a stop (56). The thickened portion (34) is formed with a recess (36) for receiving a shank when the strap is worn. When the strap is worn, for example on the user's wrist, the head of the key is located between the strap and the user's wrist, whereby the shank of the key is retained in the recess and is shielded to prevent it from causing damage or injury. The side walls of the recess (36) diverge away from the entrance (38) to maintain the strap's flexibility when the key is in the recess.

The invention is concerned with a shelving structure of the kind which is assembled from a number of vertical elements (struts) and inter-connected horizontal elements (beams), and in particular to a shelf for such a shelving structure. Such shelves are conventionally formed from sheet metal, comprises a horizontal shelf panel and flanges extending vertically downwardly from the shelf panel on at least two sides thereof, each flange being folded backwardly on itself to increase the strength of the flange. In accordance with this invention, each flange (8) is so folded as to provide a pocket (22) in which an elongate reinforcing member is positioned, such reinforcing member engaging the underside of the shelf panel (6). In particular, each flange (8) comprises a first portion (12) extending downwardly from the panel (6), a second portion (14) folded inwardly so as to extend towards the underside of the shelf panel generally parallel to, and spaced from the first portion (12), the reinforcing member (16) being located between said first and second portions, transmitting load from the shelf by virtue of its engagement with underside of the shelf and transmitting such load to an intermediate portion (13) between said first and second portions (12, 14).

Disclosed is a method and apparatus for braking a selected group of rollers in a live roller conveyor in which groups of rollers (2) are driven by belts (7) looped about a torque tube (6) carried for rotation about a drive shaft (5) and maintained in frictional contact therewith by the tension in the said belts. The brake means comprises a member (8) carried on a pivotally mounted cam (11) and moveable between an "on" position in which the member (8) is in contact with and applies pressure to the torque tube (6) and an "off" position out of contact with the torque tube. In the "on" position the member (8) applies pressure to the torque (6) along a line radially of the drive shaft (5) that causes the tube (6) to move into a position in which it is coaxially aligned with the drive shaft (5) whereby the frictional drive between the torque tube (6) and the drive shaft (5) is disengaged thereby bringing the rollers (2) associated with the torque tube (6) to a halt. The cam (11) is caused to move the said member (8) between the "on" and "off" positions by a pneumatic motor (20) actuated by sensor means downstream of the group of rollers (2) indicating the accumulation of packages at the sensor.
