A lower hinge for fixed frames (12) and at least one tilting shutter (13) comprising a male portion (1) which is able to be firmly secured in a known manner to the frame and is provided with a projecting pivot, and a female portion (6) having a through hole which receives a bush having a dead hole able to receive the projecting portion of the pivot of said male portion, wherein said female portion is connected to the moving shutter by a plate firmly secured thereto, which plate has a shaped slot in which a pivot is inserted to connect the plate to an angle bar well secured to the moving shutter and supporting its weight. Thus, during tilting, the shaped slot causes the angle bar secured and integral with the moving shutter to tilt and to hold the male portion secured to the frame and the female portion adjacent to the same.
