摘要： The invention relates to a handpiece comprising: a head (1) for receiving a tool, a rear sleeve (2) for coupling the handpiece to a motor, and a body (3) connecting the head (1) to the rear sleeve (2), said body (3) including a hollow sleeve in which mechanical members (4, 5) are mounted in order to transmit a rotating movement to the tool. According to the invention, the body (3) also includes an over-molded casing (10) made from a composite material, in which the hollow sleeve is encased. Said coupler comprises fixation means (24) for the body of the head (1) at one end thereof and fixation means (33) with a sleeve (8), at the other end thereof, arranged concentrically around the body of the elbow (2) and provided with a location stop (9) for cooperation with the kinematic drivetrain in the assembled position, such that said cooperation occurs following the direction of axial displacement of the sleeve (8) with relation to the coupler (7), either for the complete fixing of the kinematic drivetrain and the locking of the elbow (2) on the head (1) or the release of the kinematic chain and the unlocking of the elbow (2) from the head (1).
