Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer collation shrink film, comprising at least two layers, e.g. at least three layers, wherein at least one layer (A) comprises at least (A1) a specific multimodal copolymer of ethylene and (A2) LDPE and at least one layer (B) comprises at least (B 1) recycled LDPE and (B2) a specific copolymer of ethylene. The invention further refers to a method for manufacturing this multilayer film and its use in the field of secondary packaging.

Abstract: Plastic bag for vacuum packaging of hard foods consisting of a film (1) base that is formed leaving one side (5) open for the insertion of the food (4), which is then thermosealed in the packaging process and creates the vacuum, characterised in that the film (1) is made of plastic material and is formed by a layer (2) of low density polyethylene (LDPE) of 50 microns and a layer (3) of bioriented polyamide (BOPA) of 25 microns, extruded separately and glued together by means of an adhesive (6), being the LDPE layer (2) the one in contact with the food (4) and the BOPA layer (3) the one in contact with the outside.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer collation shrink film, comprising at least three layers, wherein core layer (B) comprises at least (B1) recycled LDPE having a strain hardening factor of from 1.5 to 5.0 when measured at 180°C, at a strain rate of 3.0 s-1 and a Hencky strain of 2.5 in an amount of at least 50 wt%, based on the total weight of the core layer (B), and (B2) a specific linear copolymer of ethylene. The invention further refers to a method for manufacturing this multilayer film and its use in the field of secondary packaging.
