    摘要: A machine for the continuous decatising of fabrics (T) comprising at least one decatising cylinder (3), at least one transport unit (14) and at least one treatment container (4) partially wrapped around the decatising cylinder (3) and adapted at least to distribute steam under pressure for the processing of the fabric (T). The container (4) has at least one concave surface portion (7) that identifies with at least one respective outer surface portion (8) of the decatising cylinder (3) a processing channel (11) in which the fabric (T) is treated with the distributed steam under pressure. This processing channel (11) being open laterally so as to allow the outflow of the steam out of the processing channel (11). The treatment container (4) is further wrapped around the decatising cylinder (3) so that the processing channel (11) of the fabric (T) develops along the outer surface (8) of the decatising cylinder (3) substantially for an arc of circumference subtending an angle at the centre of the decatising cylinder (3) greater than 180°.

    摘要: Disclosed is a knitted fabric containing natural fibers and a making method therefor, a liquid ammonia device and a shirt made from the knitted fabric, belonging to the fields of fabrics and clothing. The making method for the knitted fabric containing natural fibers comprises forming yarns containing natural fibers into a knitted fabric by a fabric-knitting method; and performing functional finishing including a liquid ammonia finishing procedure on the knitted fabric. In the liquid ammonia finishing procedure, liquid ammonia impregnation is performed on the knitted fabric at least twice under the condition of mechanical restraint by a guide roller set, thus preventing the knitted fabric from edge curling due to strong shrinkage in the liquid ammonia impregnation process, enabling the knitted fabric to be subjected to sufficient and uniform liquid ammonia impregnation, ensuring the liquid ammonia impregnation effect and controlling the shrinkage rate of the knitted fabric; and through subsequent shaping and finishing procedures, the color stability of the knitted fabric is further improved, the shrinkage rate after washing is reduced, and the crease-resistant performance and resilience performance are improved. The shirt has a low shrinkage rate after washing, good stiffness performance, good resilience performance, color stability, high strength and good crease-resistant performance.

    摘要: To provide a thermoforming method for obtaining a thermoformed article that exhibits excellent abrasion resistance at melt-bonded portions, and excellent adhesive strength between woven fabrics or to another kind of article. Polyethylene having a melt flow rate, measured under conditions of a temperature of 280°C and a load of 2.16 kg, of 10 to 15 g/10 min and polyethylene terephthalate are prepared. By a conjugate melt spinning method using the polyethylene terephthalate as a core component and the polyethylene as a sheath component, multi-filament yarn in which core-sheath composite filaments having a core component : sheath component mass ratio of 1 to 4 : 1 are bundled is obtained. A product of filaments is obtained by weaving, knitting, braiding or winding using the multi-filament yarn. Thermoforming of the product of filaments is carried out by heating the product of filaments to melt the polyethylene, thereby melt-bonding the core-sheath composite filaments to each other, with the polyethylene terephthalate retaining its initial filament form.
