    摘要： A closing driving mechanism and a medical anastomat. The medical anastomat comprises an anastomat body (1). The closing driving mechanism comprises: a connecting rod assembly (4), comprising a first pivoting part (412) and a second pivoting part (422), wherein the first pivoting part (412) is pivotally connected to the anastomat body (1), the second pivoting part (422) is located on a proximal side of the first pivoting part (412), and the connecting rod assembly (4) has a first state and a second state; a firing handle (3), comprising a first matching part (32); and a closing pull rod assembly (5) pivotally connected to the second pivoting part (422) of the connecting rod assembly (4). When the connecting rod assembly (4) is in the first state and the firing handle (3) rotates in a first direction (S3), the first matching part (32) drives the connecting rod assembly (4) to enter the second state, and the second pivoting part (422) of the connecting rod assembly (4) moves towards a proximal side of the medical anastomat and drives the closing pull rod assembly (5) to move towards the proximal side of the medical anastomat. The closing driving mechanism and the medical anastomat have a simple structure, and the closing of a nail head (9) of the medical anastomat can be effectively controlled.
