摘要: An apparatus (2) for lifting a crushing mantle (4) of a cone or gyratory crusher is provided. The crushing mantle (4) has a first central axis (26) and an opening (10) with a clearance width (w) in its top region (12) surrounding the first central axis (26). The apparatus (2) comprises a plate-shaped lifting member (8) having a second central axis (18) and adapted to be attached to the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4), wherein the first central axis (26) coincides with the second central axis (18) when the plate-shaped lifting member (8) is attached to the crushing mantle (4). The plate-shaped lifting member (8) includes at least one attachment member (32) adapted to be attached to a suspension assembly (36), in order to lift the plate-shaped lifting member (8) together with the crushing mantle (4) attached thereto. The plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a first dimension (d1) in a first direction being smaller than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4); and the plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a second dimension (d2) in a second direction being larger than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4). The first direction and the second direction run obliquely in respect to each other.

摘要: An apparatus (2) and a method for attaching a cone-shaped crushing mantle (4) of a cone crusher (100) to a carrier cone (6) of the cone crusher (100) and for detaching the crushing mantle (4) from the carrier cone (6) are provided. The apparatus (2) comprises a hydraulically actuated pre-tensioning actuator (24) adapted for pressing the crushing mantle (4) against the carrier cone (6) in a pre-tensioning process in the axial direction prior to tightening attachment screws (18) in the head region (20) of the carrier cone (6). The hydraulic pre-tensioning actuator (24) comprises a pressure chamber (26) for receiving a pressurized hydraulic medium and a piston (28) limiting the pressure chamber (26). The hydraulic pre-tensioning actuator (24) is applied externally to a pressure plate (10) during the pre-tensioning process, such that a piston rod (36) of the piston (28) or a rod-shaped element attached thereto extends through the central opening (14) of the pressure plate (10) and is attached to the head region (20) of the carrier cone (6), wherein the pressure chamber (26) and the piston (28) of the hydraulic pre-tensioning actuator (24) are located on a side of the pressure plate (10) opposite to the carrier cone (6). The hydraulic pre-tensioning actuator (24) may be released and removed from the pressure plate (10) outside the pre-tensioning process.

The retaining assembly (102) has a modular construction comprising an inner head nut (203), an inner ring element (208), an outer ring element (207), first fastening members (301) and second fastening members (302) and a cover plate (205). The inner ring element (208) and the outer ring element (207) are rotationally locked together preferably with the help of locking elements (304) which are positioned radially between the two ring elements (207, 208). After the retaining assembly (102) is tightened, the attachment ring (206), upon application of heat, welds the shell (101) to the outer ring element (208).
