摘要: The in-vehicle controller of the present disclosure is installed in a vehicle together an engine, a motor capable of generating electricity connected to a crankshaft of the engine, a high voltage battery connected to the motor by a high voltage power line, a low voltage battery, a DC/DC converter connected to the high voltage power line and a low voltage power line connected to the low voltage battery, and a relay attached to the high voltage battery side of the high voltage power line from the DC/DC converter. The in-vehicle controller of the present disclosure stops driving the DC/DC converter after driving off the motor when completing the batteryless driving by disconnecting the high voltage battery with the relay turned off.

摘要: Provided are a train traction cutting-out and control system and method in the case of emergency braking. When emergency braking is applied, coils of a first relay (K1) and a second relay (K2) are simultaneously powered off. An auxiliary contact of the first relay (K1) is opened, a traction pulse of a traction converter is blocked, and an output of a traction force of the traction converter is cut off, so that a traction cutting-out function is achieved, wherein the safety level of the traction cutting-out function is SIL2; in addition, an auxiliary contact of the second relay (K2) is opened, a coil of a contactor module is powered off, a main contact of the contactor module is opened, an input power source of a main circuit of the traction converter is opened, and an output of a traction force of the traction converter is cut off, so that a traction cutting-out function is achieved, wherein the safety level of the traction cutting-out function is SIL1. The traction cutting-out function of which the safety level is SIL2 and the traction cutting-out function of which the safety level is SIL1 are simultaneously achieved, so that the entire train achieves the safety requirements of the traction cutting-out level SIL3 in the case of emergency braking.

摘要: An energy management control module is configured for communication with the vehicle controller. The energy management control module is configured to generate generator command data for the generator in a power command mode. In one embodiment, the energy management control module supports a first mode and a second mode. A first mode comprises the power command mode and a stored power extraction mode that are mutually exclusive modes for any sampling interval. In the power command mode of the first mode, the energy management controller is configured to generate generator command data for the generator based on a commanded motor torque and an energy storage power command (e.g., SOC command data) if the primary rotational energy of the internal combustion engine meets or exceeds the total vehicle load for a sampling interval.
