摘要: The present application relates to elevator safety technology, in particular to a device and method for implementing an elevator safety function. According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a device for implementing an elevator safety function, comprising: a primary braking device configured to perform a holding brake operation when being de-energized; an auxiliary braking device configured to perform a holding brake operation when being de-energized; a safety function control unit selectively coupled with an elevator motor and configured to determine whether to activate the auxiliary braking device to perform the holding brake operation based on magnitude of back electromotive force of the elevator motor; and a switching device configured to couple the elevator motor with the safety function control unit after the primary braking device is de-energized.

摘要: An electronic safety actuator (1) for an elevator safety brake, comprises a first solenoid (2), a magnet (3), movable by the first solenoid (2) between a first position proximate to the first solenoid (2) and a second position distal from the first solenoid (2) a second solenoid (6) and a detector (8). There is also provided a method of detecting a condition or state of the first solenoid (2) or the magnet (3).

A comparator (48) provides an output indicating a relationship between a voltage of a selected portion of the monitoring circuit (46) and a threshold voltage (52). The controller (42) determines a condition of the switch (38, 40) based on the output of the comparator (48) and the command.

摘要: An elevator safety system (50) comprising an elevator safety chain comprising safety contacts and a safety output (1001), a converter unit (30) connected to and configured to operate an elevator motor (20), wherein the converter unit (30) comprises a safety input (31) to prevent generation of torque in the motor (20). The safety system (50) also comprises a brake contactor or relay (40) comprising at least one auxiliary contact (C2_AUX, C3_AUX) configured to operate together with a primary contact (C2, C3) of the brake contactor or relay (40) which is in connection with the safety output (1001) and configured to operate based on the status thereof. Furthermore, the auxiliary contact (C2 AUX, C3_AUX) of the brake contactor or relay (40) is configured to control the operation of the safety input (31) of the converter unit (30) so that the generation of torque is prevented during a safety shutdown.
