摘要： A pneumatically assisted inflator for gas cylinders inflator piston (24) positioned within a piston cylinder (26) that moves against a rotatable cam surface (16S), on a rotatable collar (16C) connected to a pull lanyard (20), to force a pierce pin (32) to make at least a small pin hole in a frangible seal (28) and allow high pressure gas from the gas cylinder to flow into the piston cylinder (26), whereupon the high pressure gas in the piston cylinder (26) further moves the inflator piston (24) to more fully force the pierce pin (32) into the frangible seal (28) to fully open the frangible seal (28).
