    摘要: This float glass production device has a heat-treating furnace equipped with: a dross box; a slow-cooling furnace; a first partition which is provided between lift-out rolls on a lowermost downstream location in the conveyance direction of a glass ribbon and lehr rolls on an uppermost upstream side in the conveyance direction, and which is disposed at the bottom of the heat-treating furnace; and a second partition which is disposed above the first partition and which is situated opposite the first partition across a conveyance passage through which the glass ribbon is conveyed. The heat-treating furnace is provided with: a gas discharge nozzle through which sulfur oxide gas is discharged toward the conveyance passage from below the conveyance passage; and a guide member which is disposed on the upstream side of the gas discharge nozzle in the conveyance direction in such a manner as to face one of multiple lehr rolls.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of longitudinally deflecting conveyor rolls intended for bending glass panels. The method includes deflecting the conveyor rolls during a glass-panel bending process by turning link member on which the ends of the conveyor rolls are mounted with bearings. In order to turn the link members of each conveyor roll, at least one link member is subjected to a force sufficient for its turning by a position-identifying electric drive. At least the other link member is subjected to a force sufficient for its turning by a second electric drive, which is controlled on the basis of position data provided by the position-identifying electric drive. The present invention relates also to an assembly applying the method for bending glass panels.
