摘要:
The invention relates to a method for collecting fresh water from an undersea fresh water source (1) located in a sea bottom, wherein the fresh water is collected through a first line t1 (2) whose lower end (21) is disposed in front of said source and tightly encompasses at least the part, preferably the totality, of the orifice thereof. According to said invention, the fresh water is also collected through a second line t2 (3) whose diameter is less than that of the first line at a flow-rate which is equal to or less than a specified flow rate. The top end (32) of said second line exits to a surface and the low end thereof (31) extends inside of said first line, and when the flow rate of the source is greater than the specified flow rate, excess water of the source is discharged from the top end (22) of the first line in a container (4) which is provided with an open bottom and contains air below a water/air interface (6) in the container, the top end (22) of the first line being arranged above the said interface (6) level inside the container.

The invention relates to a system for the collection, accumulation and storage of water supplies in a reservoir which would be a standard in city planning technology which: a) is built underground; b) can be made secure from sabotage, terrorist attacks and war, from chemical, biological and other attacks; c) would contain water collection channels; d) would contain water treatment/purification plants; e) be space-saving and can be constructed under urban built-up areas and therefore also be in close proximity to heavily populated areas; f) would be able to accumulate and store water indefinitely; g) would be able to incorporate new technologies like the generation of hydroelectric power from water flows from collection; and h) can serve as underground bomb shelters. The stored water could be used for human consumption or industrial use.
摘要:
By operation of waterworks, the invention discloses a method by use of a parameter representation of the waterworks, that makes it possible to set up, start up and control the waterworks, said waterworks is connected to a plurality of physical units, such as pumps, valves, filters, level sensors etc. The parameter representation consist of electrical signals in the form of measured values and control signals to/from the physical units that is led to a calculation unit. The calculation unit has a number of storage cells, which is divided into groups, each group representing a particular type of physical units. In this way it is possible, due to the parameter representation, to set up the waterworks with low cost, since it is not necessary to create the whole set up from scratch using tailor-made hardware and software, Moreover, it is not necessary to invest in expensive software licenses.

The invention concerns a method for detecting and locating fresh water sources at sea essentially by measurements of salinity and tapping installations. The tapping installations comprise an immersed bell-shaped tank (10), comprising an upper part for trapping the fresh water (2), and a pumping system drawing said fresh water (2), and delivering the fresh water (2) through a discharge pipe (12). The invention is characterised in that the circumference of the lower end (102) of said tank (10) and/or the circumference of the lower end of a funnel (61) inside said tank (10) open in its upper part and enclosing at least part, preferably the whole, of the upwelling (21) of fresh water, match the contour of the sea floor relief (4), so as to ensure tightness between said circumference(s) and the sea floor (4).

An improved geotextile container (80) of the type for maintaining fill material includes a geotextile fabric configured into a tubular shape and having stitched, multi-layer, flanged seams with the stitched flange disposed inside the container. Due to this construction, outwardly directed forces imparted by the fill material will be directed against the stitching. An embodiment has a helical seam (57) along the length thereof instead of one or more longitudinal straight seams (71). An alternative container embodiment with a helical seam along the length thereof, has an inner liner (68) of geotextile material having one or more longitudinal straight seams (71).
