    摘要: The invention provides an access jumper pulling head for accessing a flow system in a subsea oil and gas production installation comprising a subsea horizontal pull-in connection system, the access jumper pulling head. The access jumper pulling head comprises a body comprising a plurality of connectors and an access interface for providing an access point to the flow system. A first connector of the plurality of connectors is configured to connect the access jumper pulling head to a jumper flowline, a second connector of the plurality of connectors is configured to connect the access jumper pulling head to the horizontal pull-in connection system of the flow system, and the body defines at least one bore which fluidly connects at least one of the plurality of connectors to the access interface to provide a flow path between the access interface and the flow system. The access jumper pulling head is configured to be connected to the horizontal pull-in connection system of the flow system using a pull in tool.

    摘要: A method of lowering a discrete load from a pipelay vessel comprises: holding a rigid rod on an upright launch axis where the rod extends through a hold-back system; coupling a lower end of the rod to the load; connecting a wire to the load directly; operating the hold-back system to advance the rod downwardly, hence submerging the load, while the weight of the load is suspended from the hold-back system via the rod; when the load is underwater and beneath the splash zone, transferring the weight of the load from the hold-back system to the wire by detaching the load from the rod while the rod is held by the hold-back system; and continuing to lower the load in the water, suspended directly from the wire. The method may be reversed to recover a load from a subsea location, such as when lifting a wellhead or blowout preventer from the seabed.

At least one fluid-transporting riser (171) connects the buoy (170) with a subsea template arranged on the seabed at a wellhead for a drill hole to a subterranean void. Each riser (171) is detachably connected to a bottom surface of the buoy (170) by means of a connector arrangement (210) containing: a buoy guide member (510) configured to automatically steer a connector member (570) in a head end (300) of a riser to be connected (171) to the buoy (170), which head end (300) is moved towards the buoy guide member (510); a mating member (550) configured to attach a first sealing surface of the connector member (570) to a second sealing surface of the buoy guide member (510) when said head end (300) has been moved such that the connector member (570) contacts the buoy guide member (510), and a locking member (560) configured to lock the first and second sealing surfaces to one another when said surfaces are aligned with one another.
