    摘要: An integrally geared centrifugal compressor system (100) for compressing a fluid is provided, the system comprising a first pinion (106) configured to be rotated by a bull gear (116) about a first rotational axis, and a first rotor (108) coupled to the first pinion and configured to be rotated about the first rotational axis. A first eccentric cartridge (110) is configured to house a first bearing assembly (122) through which the first rotor (108) extends to support rotation of the first rotor about the first rotational axis. The first eccentric cartridge (110) has a first outer surface (132) and a first inner surface (134), at least a portion of the first outer surface configured to seat against an interior surface of a gearbox (104) configured to house at least a portion of the first pinion (106) and the first rotor (108). At least a portion of the first inner surface (134) is configured to support the first bearing assembly (122), wherein the first inner surface is eccentric relative to the first outer surface (132) to align the first rotational axis with a center axis of the first bearing assembly.

    摘要: A tilting pad bearing includes: a bearing housing that is cylindrical, the bearing housing including an inner ring and an outer ring that are concentrically located, arc springs located side by side in a circumferential direction between the inner ring and the outer ring, and slits that separate the inner ring, the outer ring, and the arc springs from each other; bearing pads that are, on an inner peripheral side of the bearing housing, located side by side in the circumferential direction; and an oil feeder that feeds lubricating oil into gaps between the bearing pads, the gaps extending in the circumferential direction, and into the slits. The bearing housing includes divisional cylindrical bodies that are located side by side in the circumferential direction and that are coupled together. Each of the divisional cylindrical bodies includes two divisional surfaces that are coupled to another one of the divisional cylindrical bodies. The two divisional surfaces are located in a manner to avoid the arc springs.
