    摘要: A reciprocating machine includes a cyclical kinematic chain in which power is transferred between translational and rotational motion. The kinematic chain includes a piston (2) reciprocating in a cylinder (1), connected by two connecting rods (9, 10) to dual counter rotating crankshafts (7, 8). The crankshafts (7, 8) are displaced symmetrically from the axis of movement of the piston (2), and the crank pins (15, 16) of the crankshafts (7, 8) to which the connecting rods (9, 10) are connected are symmetrically aligned about the axis of movement of the piston (2). The connecting rod small ends (13, 14) abut at their connection to the piston (2). The distance between the axis of the dual crankshafts, the length of the connecting rods, the positioning of the connecting rods connections to the piston, and the diameter of rotation of the crank pins about the crankshaft axes are such that in motion the ratio of the length of each stroke of the piston to the diameter of rotation of the crank pins about the crankshaft axes is at least 1.1 to 1.

    摘要: A piston machine with at least one axially movable piston in a cylinder is designed with a force conversion mechanism implying sinusoidal piston movement by rotation of the power input or power output shaft of the machine, depending on its application, as the pistons of the machine are fastened perpendicularly to crosshead yoke (5) at their preferably light, cylindrical piston-rods (2, 2'), in which two crosshead slides (14, 14') each are provided on a crank pin journal (7, 7'; 8, 8') which is synchronized to perform rotation with mutual opposite directions of rotation (indicated as arrows), which causes that the crosshead slides longitudinally in the yoke are moved in exact mutual opposition and both reverse their direction of movement on the exact same time, whereby it is achieved that the lateral pressure on pistons is completely eliminated and that without any addition of any extra balancing mechanism there may be achieved a complete outbalancing of the reciprocating and rotating masses in the machine.

    摘要: The present inventions is to easily detect an abnormality occurring in a link mechanism that transmits power from an actuator to flaps. A vehicle shutter device includes first and second flaps (10, 20), one actuator (50), and a link mechanism (30). The link mechanism includes a connecting rod (31) that couples the flaps to each other such that the flaps rotate in synchronization with each other. The shutter device is provided with stoppers (4, 16; 6, 29; 6, 28) configured to prohibit each of the flaps from being displaced beyond a normal opening and closing range between a fully open position and a fully closed position when the link mechanism is in a normal state. The link mechanism is configured such that when coupling between the connecting rod and the first flap is released in the first pivotally attaching portion in a state where coupling between the connecting rod and the second flap is maintained in the second pivotally attaching portion, the actuator is allowed to rotate beyond a normal rotation range of the actuator corresponding to the normal opening and closing ranges of the first and second flaps.
