摘要: There is described a system (1) for automated defect detection in sealing bands (2) of composite packages, each sealing band (2) being formed from a first band portion (3), a second band portion (4) and a layer of heat seal material (5) interposed between the first band portion (3) and the second band portion (4). The system (1) is provided with: a vision system (10) to capture images of the sealing band (2); and an analysis unit (12) operatively connected to the vision system (10) to analyze one or more images acquired by the vision system (10) to determine the quality of the sealing band (2) as a function of the one or more images. The analysis unit (12) has an artificial intelligence module (24) to analyze the one or more images by means of a machine-learning model, to detect the presence of defects in the sealing band (2).

illuminating (S102), by a light source (308), a first side (310a) of the web (302) of packaging material, at a position of the opening device (304);
capturing (S104), by an image data capturing device (306), image data depicting the opening device (304) from a second side (310b) of the web (302), the second side (310b) being opposite from the first side (310a);
identifying (S106), in the image data, data indicative of an anomaly; and
communicating (S114), in response to the anomaly being identified, a notification signal comprising information indicative of the anomaly to a quality control station (316).-

摘要: A hydrogen leak detection system of a hydrogen transport pipeline, which comprises a pipe-shaped transport inner pipe for transporting a hydrogen fluid, and an outer protection layer surrounding the outer circumference of the transport inner pipe, comprises: one or more optical fiber unit which is disposed along the length direction of the hydrogen transport pipeline and comprises one or more optical fiber for detecting hydrogen leaking from the transport inner pipe, and an optical fiber protection layer surrounding the one or more optical fiber; a hydrogen detection unit which comprises an optical signal generator for providing an optical signal to the one or more optical fiber, and an optical characteristics detection unit capable of detecting the optical characteristics of the one or more optical fiber; and a control unit which stores a normal optical characteristics range of the one or more optical fiber, for a normal state where hydrogen is not detected from the one or more optical fiber, and determines that hydrogen is leaking from the hydrogen transport pipeline if the optical characteristics value of the one or more optical fiber, detected by the optical characteristics detection unit, is determined to exceed the normal optical characteristics range.
