Erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen ist (d) ein Mikrofon (16.2), wobei (e) die Auswerteeinheit (18) ausgebildet ist zum automatischen (i) Erfassen des Luftqualitätskennwerts (L), (ii) Bestimmen eines zeitabhängigen Geräuschpegelwerts (G), (iii) Berechnen eines Partikelkonzentration-Schätzwerts (P), der eine Partikelkonzentration (c P ) von Partikeln beschreibt, die von im Raum befindlichen Personen ausgeatmet wurden, und (iv) Ausgeben eines Signal mittels der Ausgabevorrichtung (22), das einen Lüft-Zeitpunkt, zu dem der Partikelkonzentrations-Schätzwert (P) einen vorgegebenen Partikelkonzentrations-Schwellenwert (P Schwelle ) erreicht, und/oder den Partikelkonzentrations-Schätzwert (P Schwelle ) kodiert.
