摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control method and a control device for an electric switch, and an electric switch. The control method includes: obtaining a voltage signal representing a control voltage, the control voltage input to the electric switch and applied to an electromagnetic assembly of the electric switch via a regulation device of the electric switch; determining, based on the voltage signal obtained, a target control parameter for the electromagnetic assembly, the target control parameter comprising at least one of a target voltage and a target current; and generating, based on the target control parameter determined, a control signal for the regulation device, to cause the electromagnetic assembly to drive a movable contact of the electric switch to contact a static contact of the electric switch. The solution of the present disclosure can effectively reduce wear of contact points of contacts, to thus prolong the service life of the electric switch.

摘要: Disclosed in the present invention are an arc extinguishing control system and method for a relay of an emergency power supply, which relate to the field of power supplies. A relay serves as a main switching circuit for controlling an emergency power supply, and electronic switching tubes are connected in parallel to two ends of the relay, so as to quickly withstand a voltage jump when the relay is switched off, and thus, the relay is prevented from generating an arc spark, the common problems of existing relays, such as arc damage and an internal resistance increase, are solved, and the relay that has a lower cost and a higher current withstand capability and does not need an additional heat sink is used as a device for controlling the switching on and off, such that an emergency start power supply of a vehicle has better safety, durability and market efficiency. Moreover, when the phenomenon of large-current reverse charging occurring after the vehicle is started is faced, a reverse charging sensing circuit and a reverse charging feedback circuit are used, so that a reverse charging current is directly fed back to a control end of an electronic switching tube when a storage battery is reversely charged by a load, thereby realizing the quick switching off of the electronic switching tube.

摘要: A relay with an intermediate alert mechanism and a method for intermediate alerting in association with a relay are provided. The relay comprises an input sampling module for coupling to a source to be monitored, the input sample module configured to detect a value of a parameter of the source; a processing module configured to monitor a working range, the working range being generated based on applying a threshold level to a set working condition, and the processing module further configured to automatically set at least one intermediate level within the working range based on the threshold level; and wherein the processing module is capable of instructing transmission of an intermediate trigger signal if the detected value of the parameter is at the intermediate level.
