    摘要: The present invention relates to a system (450,500) and a method for inserting I-pins into a stator or rotor winding assembly (600), comprising a cylindrical containment (450) for hairpins (100, 200), as well as a circular inner containment (500) axially inserted into the cylindrical containment (450) for hairpins (100, 200) comprising a set of radial slots (456). The inner cylindrical containment (500) comprises an upper circular plate (502) with one or more upper cam recesses (505) and a lower circular plate (503) with one or more lower cam recesses (506) as well as a vertical wall (501) extending from the upper circular plate (502) to the lower one (503) but is mounted in a rotatable manner relative thereto.
    The upper and lower cam recesses match each other and are mutually integral and allow accommodating a leg (202) of the I-pins (200), and the vertical wall (501) comprises one or more voids (520) along the entire vertical extension over an arc of circumference. Such voids (520) are positioned so that, upon the relative rotation of the vertical wall (501) with respect to the upper and lower circular plates (502, 503), said upper and lower outlets (505u, 506u) are positioned so as to lead into said voids (520) releasing the leg (202) in a radial slot (456) of said cylindrical containment (450) for hairpins (100, 200).

The electric motor comprises: a stator iron core comprising a plurality of iron core blocks spliced in a circumferential direction, each iron core block comprising a plurality of stator laminations stacked in an axial direction of the electric motor; and a rotor iron core comprising a plurality of rotor laminations stacked in an axial direction, wherein the number of the stator laminations is greater than that of the rotor laminations, and the iron loss of each stator lamination is less than that of each rotor lamination. According to the electric motor provided in the present application, under the condition of ensuring the performance and the efficiency of the electric motor, the manufacturing and assembling costs of a rotor of the electric motor are greatly reduced, so that the cost of the electric motor is reduced, and the cost performance of the electric motor is improved.

    摘要: The present application provides an insulating framework, a stator, a motor, a compressor, and a vehicle. The insulating framework comprises: a first support; a second support, disposed opposite to the first support, the second support being provided with a wire slot, the wire slot passing through the wall surface of the second support, a portion of the bottom wall of the wire slot inclining towards the bottom of the second support to form an inclined portion, and the inclined portion being located on the side of the wire slot facing the first support; and a third support, located between the first support and the second support and connected to the first support and the second support. According to the insulating framework provided by the present application, the second support is provided with a wire slot, the bottom wall of the wire slot inclines to the bottom of the second support, and when a wire is wound by means of the insulating framework, the coil extends into the wire slot from the side of the wire slot away from the first support and thus extends from along inclined portion to the bottom of the first support, so that winding of the coil is facilitated; moreover, the wire slot can pre-fix the coil, so that the winding of the coil is more compact, and the fixing performance of the coil is improved.
