    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily lead a signal line (connection lead) out of a piezoelectric element without reference to the area of an ultrasonic radiation surface and an array shape of piezoelectric elements, and to connect the lead-out signal line to an electronic circuit with respect to ultrasonic transducers in a two-dimensional array and an ultrasonic probe having the ultrasonic transducers.SOLUTION: A wiring board provided with connection leads led out of back electrode of the piezoelectric elements comprises a plane having first connection portions conducted to the back electrodes, a plane crossing the plane and having connection leads, and a plane having second connection portions conducted to the electronic circuit, and the second connection portions connected to the electronic circuit are gathered on at least one of a side surface and a back surface through the connection leads led out of the first connection portions respectively.
